Rivergum Building Services is a small family owned company. When using us you will be dealing directly with the owner of the business, who has 12 years of experience in the industry. We use fully qualified tradesmen and are committed to providing high quality workmanship and materials as well as a friendly and personal service.

Rivergum Building Services provides all types of building and carpentry work and we are happy to give you with a free quote and advice on your project.

Renovations

We undertake small and large renovations, including kitchen and bathroom renovations. We can give you design advice and if you wish we will organise all other trades (eg. plumbers, electricians, painters, tilers) for you as required.

Additions and Extensions

If you plan an addition or extension to your house we can be with you every step of the way and give you advice on the different stages of development. We can help you to organise plans and support you through the council application process. We are happy to just provide the carpentry work on your project or to organise your building project for you. This means you only deal with one person and the stress of organising different trades is taken off you.

Decks/ Pergolas

We have experience building decks and pergolas, using all types of materials, eg.

• treated pine or hardwood,
• painted or stained,
• all types of roofing,
• timber, stainleess steel or glass balustrades

We are happy to provide you with advice on decks and pergolas in bushfire areas.

Repairs

Call us for all types of internal or external repairs, eg. repairs to roofing, barge boards, facsia, linings, floors, doors or windows, prevention or repair of rising damp.

Maintenance

General Maintenance on residential and commercial buildings can be done as required or on a scheduled plan.

Rivergum Building Services is fully licenced and insured. This means that you can confidently use us, as we have a full builders licence and are fully qualified. We hold public and product liability insurance, construction risk insurance and home warranty insurance will be taken out for projects over $12000 as required by law. All our employees are covered by workers compensation.

As a member of the Housing Industry Association we have access to training and technical information to keep us up to date with the latest products and methods.
